Biologically Correct Diet - 4th Installment

Have you read the first three installments?

Before continuing with the saga, remember that God loves you and wants you to be healthy. He tells us this in many ways. Some of the ways are: a.) He has given us a "sweet tooth" which is the urge to eat sweet fruit. b.) When we don't eat the correct diet, we get sick. c.) Genesis 1, verse 29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb (plant) bearing seed (see below), which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in which is the fruit of a tree yeilding seed; to you it shall be for meat.

There is a misunderstanding as to what constitutes fruit. Most people think fruit is apples, oranges, bananas, etc. Some will even include tomatoes. But, the term fruit includes much more. A good definition of fruit is: anything that grows on a tree, bush, or vine and carries its own seed. This definition co-incides with the Bible verse above. So, the term fruit includes pumpkin, squash, avocadoes, green beans, peppers, peas, olives, etc.

We have been told by the "experts" that we are omnivores. That is the truth and a lie at the same time - the lie is used to create the truth. We are omnivores in practice, but we are not omnivores biologically, that is, naturally, as the previous natural science comparisons proved. We are fugivores...fruit eaters.

Dr Alan Walker, an anthropologist of Johns Hopkins University, did research and reported his findings in depth in the 5/15/79 issue of the NewYork Times. By examination of human fossils using sophisticated scientific tools and machinery, he showed that our ancestors, until relatively recent history, were fruit eaters, then the diet was expanded to include various herbs (vegetables) and nuts; then to grains and, finally to meat and dairy products. Dr. Walker's report stated that we are, anatomically and physiologically, frugivores and, although we became omnivores in practice, we remain frugivores biologically.

Some people, who want to justify an omnivore diet, claim that humans have evolved to where they are now omnivores. Well, the scientific information presented earlier applies to current humans as well as early humans. So, those who want to claim omnivore status for themselves are just begging the question...and inviting illnesses for themselves.

Even our aesthetic sense indicates the truth. What appeals to you more...a dead and bleeding animal with its belly ripped open, a pile of wheat seeds, or a pile of ripe fruit??? Cornucopias contain fruit not dead and bloody animals. What looks most appetizing; what smells most appetizing; what feels best; what tastes best??? Which would you prefer in its natural state? Which would you feed your baby?

Finally, if the Standard American Diet (S.A.D.) is correct, why is it that Americans annually spend $900 million on laxatives, $1 billion on antacids, $250 million on antihemorrhoidals, and $100 million on antidiarrheals not to mention ulcer medications, which are in the billions? Also, not to mention the billions spent for surgery for colitis, diverticulitis, irritable bowel syndrome, appendicitis, etc. No other mammal, when allowed to eat its natural diet, has these digestive problems.
We have been so propagandized that, when we see these facts, we still don't believe them. Questions come to mind, such as...Can we get enough protein from only fruit? Is there enough calcium? Etc., etc. The answer to the first question is YES! The answer to the second question is YES! The answer to etc., etc. is YES, YES, YES!

More to follow.
